The site does not advertise 24-hour availability, fixed response times, or guaranteed roadside repair outcomes. Availability, response time, and whether a fault can be repaired at the roadside depend on the vehicle, the location, the time, and the fault. The team will discuss the situation directly before any dispatch is arranged.
Call-out and roadside assistance is offered for vehicles stranded within the Erongo Region of Namibia, with Walvis Bay as the base. Dieselman Nam does not travel across Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, or South Africa to provide roadside assistance. Any vehicle that breaks down inside the Erongo Region may request assistance, regardless of where it is registered, including Namibian, Botswana-registered, Zambia-registered, South African, and other regional commercial vehicles travelling through Erongo.
The information on this site is provided in good faith and is intended to help visitors understand what Dieselman Nam does and how to make contact.
